Winelands Golf Lodges offers a unique hospitality concept, by combining the freedom of a self-catering resort with all the comforts of a hotel. Services include daily housekeeping, a concierge desk and tourist information. Each Lodge is immaculately prepared according to detailed guest specifications and graded 4-star by the Tourism Grading Council.

Reception

There is a centralised reception area with a friendly, professional team in attendance. Staff are ready to assist with check-ins and also to escort guests to their accommodations. In addition, Reception doubles as a service hub, offering guests all the comforts of home from within a smooth-running, hotel environment.

Concierge

A concierge service is available at Reception with plenty of helpful advice on the various tours and attractions that are available in and around Stellenbosch. Staff will assist with bookings and planning itineraries to ensure that guests get maximum benefit from their stay.

Security

Security staff patrols De Zalze Golf Estate on a 24-hour basis and security guards control all access points.

Housekeeping

All linen and towels are provided and are replaced once a week. A “refresh service” is also offered daily which includes a general cleaning of the Lodge.

Business Services

Facilities for faxing, copying and wireless internet are available at reception during office hours.

Personal Laundry

Personal laundry and dry cleaning services are both offered.

Airport Shuttle

Reception will gladly arrange transport to the airport.
