One of you plays, both of you enjoy the trip. Our couples packages give the golfer their round at De Zalze while your partner has the spa, the pool, the estate and the Stellenbosch Winelands to explore — all from a private self-catering lodge on the estate.
The lodge
The first tee at De Zalze is a short walk from your patio, so the golf fits around the day rather than swallowing it. The lodge is yours: a private self-catering unit with a full kitchen, a living area and outdoor space, quoted as a unit rather than per person.
Most couples take a one-bedroom lodge or a two-bedroom lodge when they want the extra room.
Off the course
While one of you plays, the other has the spa treatment menu, the pool and gardens among the estate facilities, and Stellenbosch and the wine route a few minutes' drive away.
Evenings are easy too, with restaurants on the estate when you would rather not cook, and the halfway house for a relaxed lunch whether or not either of you has played. Tee times are arranged around your plans — an early round leaves the rest of the day free, a late one leaves the morning.
